For a Minor Reflection has won Tour China! They will be performing at the Black Rabbit Music Festival in Beijing, September 17, and Shanghai, September 18, with all flights, visas, backline, meals, etc. sponsored by the Planetary Group, Sonicbids, and Split-Works. They have also received a free three-year digital distribution package with 88tc88.
Starting as a hard rock duo in a tiny garage, For a Minor Reflection has morphed into the instrumental post-rockers du jour. This energetic, melodious rock group is comprised of four 22-year-olds from Reykjavík, Iceland. Far from simple to define, their music expands and subverts itself with every song. Since their debut album release in 2007, they have toured with Sigur Rós, released a sophomore album, performed throughout Europe, and played showcases at Eurosonic and SXSW. Up next, For a Minor Reflection will be releasing an EP that is sure to be worth a major reflection.
