Ah, summertime: the perfect time of year to slip on your sandals, head to the beach, and of course, check out as many music festivals as you can squeeze into your calendar. But with so many festivals taking place this summer, the choices for music lovers can seem almost overwhelming.
But don’t worry if you’re having a hard time deciding. Planetary Group is here to help you find an event that works with your schedule, your location, your budget, and your musical taste. For this installment of our ongoing festival series, we’ve rounded up eight of our favorite summer 2017 festivals, with a special spotlight on folk, rock, and indie artists.

Which Music Festival Should You Go To?
Concerts are organized chronologically by start date for fast, easy browsing. Each listing features all the basic information you need to know, including venue, location, ticket prices (where available), performer lineup, and more. The “bonus performers” section includes headlining artists who don’t quite fit into the rock or folk genres, but are still huge names you might be interested in seeing.
Just make sure you get your tickets early, because you never know when they’re going to sell out. Plus, buying tickets early is a good way to save money – which leaves more for merch, food, drinks, travel costs, and souvenirs. We’ve omitted a few heavy-hitters (like Glastonbury 2017 and NOS Primavera Sound 2017) because tickets are already sold out.
