Standing Shadows will be playing The Satellite (nee-Spaceland) on Saturday night.  While all of are friends in the desert will be tired as all hell and paying $12 for a bottle of waters, this on the rise LA band will headlining the venerable Silverlake venue.  Local scene blog Buzzbands.LA suggests if the four piece is “…going for Muse, they’re headed in the right direction.”

Their brand new EP The Silent Revolution is out now, and you can expect to hear many songs from the disc Saturday night.

If you miss them this week, they play again on May 25th at the Viper Room, and they’re in San Diego on the 22nd at the Ruby Room.
